Barton Brands asked Di Donato to create the brand name and package design for a super premium small batch Kentucky bourbon. Believing simpler is better, the year Kentucky became a state — 1792 — was suggested as the name for the brand. The bold typography allows the brand number to stand out and be noticed. A burlap wrap dresses the bottle neck adding a touch of down home flavor on a beautiful decanter bottle topped with a wooden stopper.
